The Wholebeing Clinic

Creative wellbeing spaces for healing, connection and belonging

Our Purpose

We’re a community-led initiative in Greenwich, offering holistic, creative healthcare in a welcoming, culturally safe environment. Our mission is to create a space where everyone, especially those often left out of traditional healthcare systems, can feel supported, connected, and part of a vibrant, inclusive community.

We believe healing happens best in community, not in isolation. Our work centres on relational approaches, co-created experiences, and embodied practices that invite people to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the wider living world.

Our Pillars

Our Clinic offers wellbeing events, focusing on four core services that support the whole person - physically, emotionally, socially, and creatively. We’re here to help reduce isolation, improve mental health, and build a sense of community for everyone who walks through our doors.

We offer a flexible programme of creative health sessions grounded in four pillars:

  • Compassionate spaces to connect with others who’ve been through similar experiences. These groups are designed to provide space for shared experiences, growth, and connection.

  • A gentle, body-focused therapy that helps release trauma, manage emotions, and restore balance. It’s an approach that listens to your body to promote healing and emotional well-being.

  • A monthly movement and mindfulness practice that connects body and mind. This joyful, freeing experience supports physical health and emotional well-being while offering a space to express yourself.

  • Join us for workshops that use art and creativity to unlock self-expression, reduce stress, and promote mental well-being. No experience needed, just an open mind and heart.

  • Somatic therapy reduces symptoms of trauma and improves emotional wellbeing

  • Support groups increase hope, motivation, and social connection

  • Creative expression boosts mood, confidence and recovery
